1. Analysis of the given milk sample for Fat and quality parameters
2. Analysis of the given oil sample for IV, BRR, SAP, UNSAP, Oil soluble dyes
3. Estimate the permitted synthetic color in the given sample and interpret the results as per FSSR, 2011
4. Estimate the permitted preservative in the given sample and interpret the results
